I was in charge of texturing much of the objects that I previously modeled. I used Substance Painter to create the following textures.
Suitcase
For the suitcase, I started with a smart material for the base and then painted on top. I used the leather fine aged smart material and then added a new fill layer on top, which contained a grunge texture. The texture was not grungy enough for me, so I added another grunge layer on top and lowered the opacity. Above those layers, I created several brush layers with varying opacities and blending modes to achieve the textures in the following image.

Squid Plush
For the squid plush, I began with a fill layer that I used for the base color of the texture and turned up the roughness to 1, so that the texture would get little to no highlights. I then I added another fill layer with only the normal material available. This allowed me to add the grid alternate texture shown. I also added more fill layers for the cuts in the fabric. For these layers, I only had the height material activated and used varying grunge textures.

Russian Nesting Dolls
I began with a black fill layer and then added a brush layer on top to create the following image. I then topped the brush layer with a grunge texture and lowered the opacity.
